Here at TM'S AutoCare, we ensure that all of our services are of the highest quality at all times and pride ourselves on our 5 star service. (Reviews can be seen on our Facebook page).

When booking your vehicle in with us, PLEASE read these terms and conditions.
We will will always deliver what we promise however as we are a mobile based business we do require your co-operation too. Please read... Due to us been a mobile based valeting and detailing business, we do require you to provide us with a source of electricity & a water source when working at your home. We also need to ensure that the area of work will be fully accessible and safe at all times during our visit this includes been able to open car doors fully and utilise the surrounding space.

Please also note that if the interior of your vehicle is heavily embedded with mould, mud, vomit, blood, or pet hair you may be subject to an additional charge as more time and use of products will be required to complete the work.
Any bookings that are impacted by any of the above may incur full booking costs. An invoice will be sent to the address or email provided at the time of booking.
Upon booking with us, we will require a non refundable deposit which will vary depending on the package. If you do wish to cancel please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If 48 hours is given you will be offered to move the appointment to the next available date/time.

While we wish we could control the weather, let's remember we live in the UK so this isn't possible. If the weather causes a cancelation, we will make contact and re book your booking to the closest availability we can provide. Please also be aware that if traffic causes delays the same rule applies.

Please note that failing to pay invoices will result in legal action been taken, please remember we are trying to run a business.
